Having driven past Eelbrook several times, I have always made a mental note to myself that I must check it out and Sunday presented it as a perfect opportunity to do just that! With Bianca in hand, Rebecca and I strolled around the corner and through Eelbrook Common to find a seat outside in the bright, somewhat warm, weather (the photos do not do the weather justice!).

Being overwhelmed with the menu choices, we finally decided on the avocado on sourdough (with a poached egg!) and a classic smoked salmon English muffin to be split amongst the two of us, so we could each get the best of both worlds!

If you couldn’t gather by the photos, the food was absolutely delicious! Both myself and Rebecca thoroughly enjoyed both plates and are looking forward to making this our Spring/Summer spot!

I would highly recommend checking out Eelbrook- fresh food that is well-presented and all served with a smile (Thanks Bryony!). What’s not to enjoy?
